Be dressed appropriately for the exercise session and ready to begin
on time so you don't compromise the next student's scheduled time.
Be willing to be educated, coached and follow all instructions wholeheartedly.
Have read and understood the Precautions
& Considerations and inform your instructor immediately of any
headaches, joint pain or sickness.
Ask all questions that you have and express any concerns or dissatisfactions
directly to your instructor so we can continually develop mutual trust,
respect and dignity.
Focus on your exercise intensity and not socialize and chat with
other students to interrupt your concentration or theirs during the
entire exercise session.
Engage honestly in our "check-ins" so that we continually
assess our mutual values, relevance and satisfaction with your progress.
Make every effort to cancel an appointment as soon as you know that
you will be unable to keep the commitment.
