The videos of the 2003 Superslow Symposium
are ready for distribution. It took a lot more
time to view, edit,
and re-edit than I anticipated.
By the end, I had viewed over
20 hours of tapes at least twice,
so maybe I went
brain dead
for a couple of weeks!!
The format I use for each video is
to give you a little insight on the subject
of each tape and the person who spoke
at the convention. I also indicate who would benefit
most from each specific
video.
INTERVIEW: Stanley Keleman, Psychologist
On Saturday night, following dinner, I interviewed
Stanley Keleman, world-renowned writer and
lecturer. He presently is in private practice
in Berkeley,
California, specializing in Formative Psychology
at the Center for Energetic Studies.
Stanley (as he likes to be called, not Dr.
Keleman) has been one of my students for the
past three
years. My initial question to him was, "Out
of all the alternatives available, how
and why did you choose Superslow as your form
of exercise?" You'll
be surprised at his answer.
Then we talked about the "First and
Second Adult" and
how high intensity strengthening has to be
modified to accommodate individuals as they
age. Questions
followed.
Who would benefit most from watching this
video?
Any trainer who works with male or female
individuals over 50 years old
Trainers who have had students who do
not recover within appropriate time periods
for
there age and condition.
Individuals who strength train and have
trouble recovering within a defined period
of time.

Adult" as defined by Stanley!
