To perform as few exercises as possible, working as
hard as possible, inroading as deep as possible, and working as infrequently
as possible.
Definition of Exercise
Exercise is a process whereby the body performs work
of a demanding nature, in accordance with muscle
and joint function, in a clinically-controlled environment, within the
constraint of safety, meaningfully loading
the muscular structures to inroad the strength levels to stimulate a growth
mechanism within minimal time.
Primary Objective
The primary objective of an exercise is to momentarily
weaken the musculature. We must inroad the muscles as safely, quickly,
efficiently, and deeply as possible for the purpose of stimulating the
musculature growth mechanism.
Inroading
Is the depth of momentary fatigue attained due to
exercise. It is a level of fatigue that renders the musculature momentarily
dysfunctional.
